The EURUSD is currently trading within a descending channel, showing a clear bearish trend. Key internal and external price levels (BoS, iBoS, OTE, ICHoCH) are being observed. The market has shown breaks of structure with lower lows and lower highs, confirming the bearish momentum. While shorts are potentially off the table in discount zones, I'm looking for mitigation of imbalances and retests of structure for potential short entries on pullbacks to premium zones. If the price breaks above the external high at 1.20549, it would signal a potential shift in market structure. My current bias remains bearish as long as price stays within this descending channel.
